I think I'm going to go back on a diet program (similar to Medifast) that has worked for me before. I went off the diet during pregnancy, and didn't gain the weight back for a long time. Whether or not I can do it on my own, I don't - I haven't. I hate myself so much. No self-control, I make excuses and eat and eat and sit around.
